Integrations

Connect Entrio with your systems and data

Bring continuously updated technology data into your environment, and securely connect your internal data, without changing your existing workflows.

Your systems need a consistent external reference

Internal systems depend on manual updates and fragmented sources. Over time, records drift and lose reliability.

Entrio provides a structured, continuously updated reference layer that connects directly to your environment, so your systems stay aligned without manual effort.

Flexible integration options

Choose how Entrio fits into your environment.

Technology data integration FAQ

Can Entrio integrate with my existing tools?

Yes. Entrio integrates with any system that supports REST APIs, including ITAM, CMDB, EA, and procurement tools.

Can I use Entrio APIs in custom applications?

Yes. Entrio APIs can be used in both third-party tools and custom-built systems to enrich and standardize technology data.

Does Entrio replace my existing systems?

Maybe! In most instances Entrio can enhance your current systems by providing continuously updated, structured technology intelligence. If you currently have a technology catalog that is hard to maintain and inaccurate, Entrio can replace it.

How can I use the data provided by Entrio?

Data from Entrio can be used for a number of purposes, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining an accurate record of your technology vendors and solutions
- Enriching the data about the solutions you're engaged with in an existing IT asset management tool
- Consolidating your technology portfolio
- Improving your technology risk assessments

Will the Entrio APIs push any data from my existing 3rd-party tools or custom in-house
developments into Entrio?

No. The Entrio APIs only pull data from Entrio. No data from your environment will be pushed back to Entrio via our APIs.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Customer data remains isolated and is never used in shared AI processes. Entrio is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 compliant. There are two additional layers of API security - an API key along with user/password protection. Data through the API is also encrypted at rest and during transit.
